My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Espari is a white/tan poodle mix who weighs 13 lbs. and is about 2 years old. He is super sweet and mellow but a little scared right now in his new foster home. He can be more timid at night and if left outside for too long. We think he will grow in confidence as he becomes used to his new environment. He appears to be housetrained; he had one or two accidents his first day in the home but he knew it was wrong and he is working hard to make sure it doesn't happen again. He does well on the leash and is not a barker and doesn't seem to be aggressive. He is fine in his crate as long as the door is open but gets very sad when the door is closed. Espari is clingy and does not like to be alone. He has some separation anxiety and we are working with that. This little boy is shy, gentle and curious. Espari needs a loving, patient person who will help him overcome his fears and gain in confidence.
