About Adorable Dog Rescue
About Our Rescue Group...
We are a small-breed NO-KILL dog rescue located in Phoenix, Arizona. We pride ourselves on our motto, "It's all about the dogs!" We rescue dogs from the euthanasia list at local shelters, from persons unable to keep their doggies, and from other high-kill shelters. We place them in pre-screened, loving foster homes until we're able to find them their forever homes. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, parasitic free and medically checked by a veterinarian prior to adoption. Our rescue is staffed entirely by doggie-loving volunteers who are dedicated to saving the lives of as many dogs as possible. WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR RESPONSIBLE, LOVING FOSTERS TO HELP OUR DOGGIES BECOME BETTER PETS, SO THAT THEY MAY MORE QUICKLY FIND THEIR FUREVER HOMES.

Come Meet Our Pets...Upon request by an adoption applicant and receipt of an Adoption Application, we will arrange for a meet and greet at an agreed upon location with the dog (usually the potential adopter's home), the dog's foster person and the applicant within 24 hours, and most likely within a matter of hours, if desired by applicant.
Our Adoption Process...
Once we receive an application on one of our dogs, we will contact the applicant within 24 hours or less.
Our adoption fees vary depending on breed and age of dog and range from $175 to $395.
We require a home check of the applicant prior to approval and finalization of the dog's adoption. References (including vet reference) are also checked prior to adoption. If a meet & greet goes well, an adoption may proceed. If so, the Adoption Agreement must be signed by all adult parties adopting him/her. The potential adopter is responsible for printing two copies of the Adoption Agreement, which will be filled out identically. The adopter must have a tag for the doggie with adopter's address and phone number, a collar and leash (we recycle ours), and the adoption fee must be in cash.
A provision of our contract states that if, for any reason, the dog adopter is no longer able to keep the dog, adopter is to return the dog to our rescue. We always take our doggies back, because we made a commitment to keep them safe! That commitment is for their entire life!
