Coconut's Story...
Coconut is a 4 year old Multi-poo and weighs 8 lbs. She is spayed, potty trained, and up to date on her shots. She is good with other dogs, kids, and people. She is a wonderful little dog with a great personality. Coconut has soft white fur and beautiful, soulful eyes when she looks at you. She walks well on the leash and off. She is a perfect lap dog and a very alert watch dog. She has a good appetite and loves her treats. She likes to hang out with you or follow you around the house, and is just content to be in your company. She sleeps very well in her crate with her blanket all through the night. She will also sleep peacefully next to you in the bed if that is allowed. She travels well in the car if you want to include her on your outings. She will look to you for acceptance and once she receives it she will become the confident little sweetheart that she is.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coconut, a Covina Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Covina, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Covina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Covina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Covina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Covina paves the way for another one to be saved.
