Zoey's Story...
Zoey is an 8 year old 22 pound terrier mix. She enjoys being close to you and will jump up right next to snuggle you on the couch. She's well behaved, house trained, knows sit, stay and shake and absolutely loves going for runs and walks. As soon as you grab the leash she dances around in excitement. She walks great on the leash, always looking up at you to make sure she's doing the right thing and to make sure you’re still right there next to her. She also loves to play with her toys, catch the ball and is always up for a game of you chasing her.

She will melt your heart with the way she humbly waddles into your arms if you crouch down to pet her. She is very sweet. A home without small children is best, because they seem to make her nervous. She has the cutest under bite that will make you laugh when she looks at you with her big brown eyes.

To help Zoey get acclimated to her new home, the adoption fee includes 1 complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

If you would like to make Zoey a forever member of your family please apply on line at Animal Aid Foundation Adoption and Foster Application

The adoption fee is $150 and includes: spay, vaccines, and 1 in home complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoey, a Rochester Hills Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Rochester Hills, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Rochester Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
