Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! I’m Lilee and I am looking for a “furever” home. Everyone says that I’m quite the catch being 3-4 years old, around 45 lbs. and with my beautiful Terrier good looks! Who am I to argue? For being a young gal, I sure have led an adventurous life. About a year ago, I was found roaming the streets – starving, alone, and with burns from surviving a fire (sadly, my fur will just never be the same). A wonderful lady took me home and got me healthy. It’s the first time that I have ever felt safe and loved!
However, I am an energetic girl who would really benefit from being a member of an active family. You see, I love to play ball, go for walks, and explore the world (and chase squirrels). Don’t get me wrong, I do love to cuddle and get very attached to my people. I just like to go on adventures too! I’m versatile! I also enjoy learning new things and will do anything for a treat. I do have something called a “high prey drive”. This means that I would do best in a home without kitties or other small animals that I could chase. And other dogs? Well, they are ok sometimes. I’m kind of picky and really don’t want to share my humans with anyone else. So, I it would be best if I were the only dog in my new home.
I know that’s a lot to ask, but I hope there is a family out there who will look past that and give me a chance. I promise to make a wonderful companion and return your love ten-fold! Would you like to make my dreams come true? If so, please contact The Rescue Inn at 216-369-9141 or therescueinn@gmail.com. I cannot wait to meet my new family!
