Prya (POM)'s Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Prya (POM)'s Story...
Beautiful little Prya and her littermates were brought into a rural TN shelter with their mama, a hound. The farmer didnt want responsibility for them anymore. When they came in they were very malnourished and their hair was very thin. She now has shiny black fur all over and she's in great shape. They are super social! Prya loves squeeky toys and humans and other pets for playmates.
Prya is 9 weeks old, spayed and ready for her new home on October 30th.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prya (POM), a Harrisonburg Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
