Ellington's Story...
Ellington is an adorable 3 1/2 month old male, Black Mouth Cur and Beagle estimated mix. He currently weighs 15 lbs and is a very fun loving playful pup. He is good with other dogs and cats. He loves to play and will make a GREAT family companion. He will love to go on walks and play on the beach or in the yard with family members and other pets. He enjoys affection and is a super sweet lil guy! He does well on a leash but since he is a puppy he will require the overall puppy training...housebreaking etc Once everyone meets Ellington you will fall in love with him and his spunky personality, just as we all have. Everyone loves Ellington and you will too!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellington, a Alexandria Black Mouth Cur/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black Mouth Cur/Beagle for sale in Alexandria, or seeking a Black Mouth Cur/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Alexandria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alexandria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alexandria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black Mouth Cur/Beagle breeders who help with Black Mouth Cur/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alexandria paves the way for another one to be saved.
