Layla was found on highway I-10 East near 59 North, scared of course. Layla has a shy personality but she is very sweet. At this point, Layla may be scared when someone she doesn’t know approaches her; she may lie on the ground. But if she is properly introduced, she does great with older children and adults. She needs some time to adjust to a new family and get to trust the new owner. She also needs to be properly introduced to other dogs. Once she gets to know a dog and they bond, she enjoys jumping and playing. Layla has been neglected and abused in her past so she needs a little extra understanding and time to feel comfortable. She is very loyal and sweet. Layla will capture your heart if you give her a little time to bond with you.
