My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Mindy. My brothers and I are very luck kitties. We were born on a property with lots of other cats. The property owner didn’t like us but let us live there. Everything was ok until one day when he decided to move and called animal control to take us all away. Animal control told him to catch us and he said that was their job. So instead he decided shooting us. After 4 kitties were killed, a neighbor got involved and he agreed to let her get as many cats off the property before he started shooting again. That is when a Saving Southern Kitties (SSK) volunteer came to our rescue. She walked right up to me and my brothers and picked us up. We were anything but feral and SSK quickly took us in. We were very malnourished and filled with parasites. After lots of vet bills and lots of love from our foster mom we are healthy happy cats and can’t wait to be adopted. I am now 6 months old and I am a beautiful medium haired beauty. I have been spayed; I am up-to-date on all vetting, FIV/FeLv negative and microchipped. I haven’t been around dogs but with a little patience I should be ok. I would love to be adopted with one of my brothers, Tommy or Nanu.
