My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bryant is a 1 ½ year old Shih Tzu who is quickly learning how to be a pup, after spending his whole life with a “backyard breeder”. He is cautious when meeting new people and dogs, but warms up to be a fun-loving little boy who is enjoying being loved on by his foster family. He has discovered that he likes soft toys and he melts when he gets his ears rubbed! He likes the other dogs in his foster home, and is learning how to play with them ---he really wants to have fun! Bryant is looking for a family that will be patient with him as continues to learn that he deserves to be loved. He will do well with children who can move slowly and gently, giving him time to be a brave boy.
Bryant has been seen by a vet and deamed healthy to his/her knowledge and is current on all vaccines, has been microchipped and altered. An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue. The adoption application is available at www.hope4paws.com. The application can be emailed to Molly at hallamart@sbcglobal.net The adoption fee of $300 covers all vetting expenses.
