Here's what the humans have to say about me:
On one of his weekly treks to other shelters Director Greg Willey came across this senior Beagle mix named Peggy Sue. There was no way that he was going to leave without rescuing one of his favorite breeds especially since she was a senior. Peggy is a gentle girl that doesn't bark much and just wants to get out of the "system" and into a loving home. Her history is not known but she's ready to be a loving companion and would be extremely happy to share her life with you.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
