Scruffy's Story...
Scruffy - Jack Russel Mix-- 2 yr old -26 lbs - Neutered Male

Scruffy was very reluctantly surrendered by his family due to
circumstances that made it difficult to care for him.. He is friendly,
loves people, does well with other dogs, mildly interested in cats ,
playful, active, likes attention and is a fast learner. He has not had
much training in the past but is quickly learning to sit and stay and
does come when called. There no bad habits such as chewing, digging,
or excessive barking, and he has shown no aggressive behavior. He is a
great family dog but probably too active for children under 5, however
another furry pal would be a plus as would a yard to run. He does need
some leash training and would love walks and perhaps even jogging to
utilize some of his energy. He is very social and being left alone for
an extended period of time would not be in his best interest. Scruffy
would like to met a new family that would appreciate a new, fun,
affectionate, furry family member. A mutually convenient meet and
greet can be arranged within a reasonably extended area of San Antonio.
