I am a six year old Beagle mix. I first came to the shelter when my loving owner became very ill and could no longer care for me. I was adopted but sadly had to be returned. I have an eye issue and my owner could not afford the vet's bill for the surgery. My owner said I was very sweet and well mannered. I am not much of a barker. I just like to lay round and enjoy life. I really need an owner that will take me out for nice walks around the neighborhood to help me regain my slim torso.

At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home and a family to love. I have plenty of love to give. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me?? Come and have a meet-n-greet with me.

I am a young lady at heart. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and spayed. I received a set of preventative shots and have been wormed. I have tested negative for heartworms. I have also been microchipped.

I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice.
