Fred's Info...

I am already neutered and up to date with shots.

Fred's Story...
Fred is an 8 year old neutered male, surrendered by his owner. Fred is adorable and wants nothing more than to hang by your side and be your friend. Fred has shown us that he gets along with our other dogs and isn't at all phased by hanging out with them in our play yard. Fred's former owner reports that he is good with kids and is used to being in the house and sleeping in his dog bed. Come meet him at 2 Rider Place Freeport.

Please download our application from www.bobbiandthestrays.org and email it to Adopt@bobbicares.org Thank you so much!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fred, a Freeport Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
