Here's what the humans have to say about me:
As you can see, Mars is a very handsome boy, and has been referred to as “ridiculously friendly”! He has no problem meeting cats, dogs, or children…he walks right up to them looking for someone to play with, or to get a little attention...no "puffing up" trying to look big, or hissing from him. If you are looking for a “zero adjustment time needed” kitten, look no further, Mars is your guy! All toys are appreciated, and anything he finds within his reach will be turned into a toy…he’s just a fun guy. My foster parents find it amusing how I love to sit right in front of the computer or TV and watch right along with them. They said most kittens don't have the patience to do this. My favorite is to watch the action in video games from one foot away. If you like playing video games or watching TV, I'll be right there to enjoy it with you. I'm definitely a people-cat--I always want to be around people--whether it is playing, eating, watching TV, or sleeping.
Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt young kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Mars must have a playmate in his forever home…and then they can play and snuggle while you're not home. Check out our Pick A Pair page to see if his foster buddy is still available, or at this young age, kittens from different litters can easily be mixed ‘n matched without a problem. If there is already another playful cat or kitten in your house, that would work out too…he already proved she is great at making friends!
If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements.
Mars’ estimated date of birth is 8/17/15 and his adoption fee of $135 includes his vet exam, FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, flea control, microchip and neuter.
