Nala's Story...
Are you looking for a wonderful family dog and companion? Nala just might be your girl! Nala is a PRECIOUS puppy who absolutely adores children! She is around 4 months old, weighing around 12 lbs and she has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and she is current on Trifexis. She doesn't bark and she is very friendly when meeting new people. She loves to run and play fetch in a fenced yard and she loves her toys! She has learned to sit for her treats, and she is a quick learner. She sleeps all night in a crate in her foster mom's bedroom and doesn't make a peep. She plays very well with other dogs and she has a very submissive nature about her. She absolutely loves children and currently shares a home with a 2 and 8 year old. She is the PERFECT family dog and she loves attention from others. She rides well in the car, walks well on a leash, and she is fine in the bath. Nala is fostered near Huntsville, AL but she is available for adoption in your area. You can fill out an application for this sweet girl here: http://forrescue.net/dog-application/ Once we receive your application we will forward it to her foster mom and she can answer any questions you may have!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nala, a Marietta Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
