Hi, I'm Carter! I'm a cute, playful, friendly guy. I'm also FIV positive, but that shouldn't stop me from living a long, happy life with a family who loves me. I was in a shelter for a long time waiting for someone to take me home. I LOVE people and the shelter was lonely. I just want to play and be loved on. Am I the kitty for you?
