Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ally. She is a VERY smart dog. Think Benji. That kind of smart. she is used to doing her business in a fenced yard, and when she's ready to come in - that's it.. she will open the door herself if we don't do it fast enough! (French handle style door).. She can also scale baby gates (but has never tried to jump the fence in the back).. she wants to be with you.. she loves dog beds and laying on the floor. She would be a good girl on walks too. She has never had an accident in the house- she is fully housebroken. I have never crated her. She doesn't get into trouble for the most part (just close off areas that may have a garbage or something like that).. She adores stuffed dog toys and loves to take things outside to "hide" them in the yard. She also likes to take a bunch of toys inside, one by one, and place them up on the couch.. lol. She will do the growl/talk thing (or bark) at new people upon meeting, but that is just the way she greets new people. She may back up at first if they try to pet her. We don't know if she was ever abused, but her fear of being touched when she first came up here leads me to believe it is possible. frown emoticon Overall, she is a great dog. She has the prettiest golden amber eyes & she has a huge underbite! lol.. she's about 50lbs - she's not overly large, but definitely not a small dog either. I would love to have her DNA tested to know what is in her mix- so many possibilities! If you or anyone you know is interested in adopting Esther, please contact Misty at jonesm4318@gmail.com
