Are you a sucker for a scruffy dog? Does wiry fur with a mind of it’s own melt your heart too? Well have we got the guy for you. Meet Biscuit! He is a 3-year-old, 13 Lb. miniature Schnauzer & Jack Russell terrier mix. Though he may look like a rough and tumble guy, he is actually a sweet and gentle little pup. Ok, maybe there’s a dash of rough and tumble thrown in too. He is quite energetic, but very smart and willing to learn. If you’re active and want a jogging partner, Biscuit might just be your guy. ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
