My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is sweet Sadie! She's a 3 year old that was adopted over a year ago and recently returned. Sadie was returned because the son moved out and the father had no time for her. He said she was a wonderful dog with manners, was house trained and never got into anything. Sadie loved the children and became very calm around them. The youngest child was only a year old. He couldn't say enough good things about her. She still has problems warming up to men but once she gets to know them she is fine. It just takes time. They did not have her around other dogs. It's best if Sadie were the only pet in the home. She's such a great girl, you won't need any other.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
