Picasso is a friendly kitty who has a stunning smoky bull’s eye tabby coat. He was found abandoned at a restaurant with his mom and siblings, and Friends For Life stepped in to help. He likes to hear the sound of your voice and will start rolling around and making biscuits in the air when you come over to pet him. So cute! He loves his lap time and being held - some bonus belly rubs are appreciated too! He is very social and loves to be where you are and will seek you out for some sweet affection. This handsome boy is ready to be part of a loving home and get all the attention he craves!
