Earl's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Earl's Story...
Earl was rescued from living in a chicken coop in the summer heat in rural Alabama. The owners were the third family Earl had live with in his young life! He was kept outside in the coop because he didn't get along with the owner's other dogs. He is a 2-3 yr old 18 lb love bug. He is fully recovered from the surgery to fix his luxating patella and is ready to party!

Earl is not a fan of other dogs and therefore needs to the only dog in the household. He does LOVES humans and loves to play fetch, go for walks, and explore new environments. Although he is young, his energy level is moderate. Outside of his daily walk and a few short play times, he spends the majority of the day sleeping. He LOVES to snuggle right up to you!

Everyone who has met Earl has fallen head over heels in love with this little guy and his tongue which insists on sticking out all the time!

Earl is up to date on his vaccines, is testing heartworm negative and receives monthly heartworm preventive. Get your application in!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Earl, a Courtland Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Courtland, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Courtland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Courtland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Courtland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Courtland paves the way for another one to be saved.
