Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Elena is a golden / lab /shepherd mix. Guesstimated DOB, 7/2/15. As of 11/5 she weighs around 18-20lbs. Full grown she'll be medium size around 45lbs (our guess!!).
Elena, her two brothers and her sister were dumped at a VFW in Kentucky. They were in very poor condition and were suffering from Sarcoptic Manage. Being contagious to other animals as well as humans, they had to be in quarantine for several weeks. Upon their full recovery, they have been happy to be intermingled with other dogs and to begin learning basic manners. Elena is a fast learner and is food motivated (i know, aren't they all). She is the most cuddly out of the litter and has very pretty eyes! she's just a doll!
This little of pups, despite their weeks of having to be alone, are turning into a wonderful bunch! Elena will be spayed on 11/10 and available adoption soon thereafter. She is doing great on house-training though does still have accidents. She does stay in a crate when his foster mommy isn't home but she's always in there with her siblings. As with all new puppies leaving their littermates, she'll need to get used to be alone.
She's a true baby that will need your time, attention, puppy classes for basic obedience and continued socialization. Please only apply if you are ready for a new puppy and all that comes with it! Elena is a beautiful, sweet girl who deserves a great furever home!

All Dogs Unlimited Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all shots, and are given a monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Upon adoption, all vet records and any current medications are provided to the adopter.
THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ADOPTION NOR DOES IT OBLIGATE YOU TO ADOPT. Multiple applications are accepted for any available pet and a home is chosen that is the best match between the available pet and the potential furever family. Your application will be processed as quickly as possible and if approved, a home visit would be scheduled. No adoption is final until an Adoption Agreement is presented and agreed to by both parties.
