This adorable little guy is Blake, a 6 year old silky terrier that is hoping for a fabulous home of his own. Blake came to us from our Newark facility after he was picked up as a stray. He had quite a bad cold and terrible dental disease too, so he received lots of good medical care and plenty of TLC. Now Blake has a clean bill of health and is happy, healthy, and ready to meet his new family. Blake is the most gentle and sweet little guy and it's hard to imagine him out on the streets all alone. He just wants to be with people, all curled up and cozy in your lap. He is such a gentleman and is very well behaved. Blake walks perfectly on a leash, takes treats gently, and will sit the instant that you ask him to. He doesn't react much at all to other dogs and would most likely be fine with another well behaved dog. Blake is very friendly and personable, and doesn't have much shyness about him. He will win you over the instant you meet him any good family would be lucky to welcome this little guy into their hearts and home. File#25655 10/16/15
