Gravy was brought to a local shelter as a stray. This 10 lb., apricot Bichon-poo (Bichon Frise & Poodle mix) was so dirty and matted that one of his eyes could not open entirely. Now that we have washed and brushed him we can see he has the brightest eyes and the happiest face. At seven years old, Gravy has left his crazy puppy years behind but still has lots of energy and life left in him. The perfect family for Gravy would be one that enjoys going on long walks and settling in for long cuddles equally. ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
