Bella's Story...
This gorgeous girl is Bella. She is between 1 and 2 years old Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix that weighs about 75 lbs. This gorgeous girl loves kids, other dogs and folks in general! She is not a big fan of the crate but loves being with her people and other doggie friends. She would be best in a home with another playful dog and folks who are around most of the time. She loves riding in the car and making new friends. She is spayed, hw negative and is up to date on her vaccinations. She has lovely leash manners and is house trained. She needs a good amount of exercise as any young 75 lb dog should get. We believe with the right training and attention this girl will be a great family pet and possibly even a therapy dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Newtown Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever for sale in Newtown, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Newtown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newtown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newtown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newtown paves the way for another one to be saved.
