Reagan's Story...
Do you like my shinny bow tie? The photo lady said it brought out my pretty blue eye. I think it makes me look very handsome! She really liked me and my best friend, Scrapper. She kept telling us we were perfect! I liked walking with her, I would love to go for lots of walks. She told be I am the best walking buddy since I never pull and just like to go at whatever pace my handler sets. I met some things called cats while we were out too, they were kinda cool and I thought about chasing them but decided to just go my own way instead. I may be a big guy, but I promise I'm the most gentle dog you'll ever met. Maybe you could come and take me for a walk, and you might just want to take me home while you're at it! 2-3 years, 79 lbs,

Act quickly to adopt Reagan. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reagan, a Darlington Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Darlington, or seeking a Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Darlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Darlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Darlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Darlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
