Hello, my name is Rosebud and I am a female Indian Ringneck Parrot. I am about a year old. I came to Beak n Wings because my owner was going through a lot of changes in her life and wasn't able to spend enough time with me. I am a friendly but a little bit shy, I do step up and I am not a biter. I will make a very sweet companion for someone who can spend a little time with me. I will be available for adoption after 2/11. My adoption fee is $125.
