My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasmine (Jazz )is a gorgeous mahogany color with tan points. The red comes from her Australian Cattle Dog side of the family and the tan from her German Shepherd Dog side. What a lovely, sweet young girl she is. At just a year, she found herself lost and wandering on a local farm. She was brought to a local shelter where a rescuer spotted her and she made her way to CT thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers.

She came with rave reviews which she has lived up to. Jazz is working on her obedience basics and is walking nicely on leash. She gets along well with other dogs and has been social with her foster home's cat. Jazz is spayed, has been brought up to date on vaccines, is heartworm negative and she is on prevention for heartworm, and flea/tick control.She is crate trained, house trained and a willing companion for car rides and walks.She would be best in a home with children over age 10.

Jazz is a medium energy level and will need to exercise a 1/2 hour 2 times a day plus a walk before crate time at night. She would love to have another dog in her new home. If you are interested in Jasmine (Jazz) please complete an application.
