Born February 2013, Sherlock initially appears to be black, but he's actually a smoky chocolate color, rather unique. He lost his home due to owners moving to Germany for two years with no extended family in US to care for him until they returned. Sherlock is sensitive, gentle, devoted, loyal, and prefers a calm predictable home rather than yelling and rowdy behavior. He is best matched to an adult female who wants a close bond to a loving dog. Sherlock weighs about 55 pounds, is neutered, vaccinated, and takes heartworm prevention.
