Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello there,
my name is Jeffery, and I’m sure pleased to meet you. Shall I tell you a little bit about myself? Would you be interested in getting to know a fella like me? Really? Okay!
Since you already know my name, I’ll start with sharing that I’m a poodle-bichon mix. I’m a happy-go-lucky guy, looking to make new friends. As an adult (i’m 7 years old) I’ve got some life rules that I try to live by - you know the usual…Stop and always smell the flowers, the mail box the grass and whatever else, never pass up a good tennis ball, and make sure to wag your tail whenever you meet new people. The weather is getting chilly, but I do love going for walks, and am a total gentleman on a leash! Now would probably a good time to impress you that I am also a rock star in potty and crate training. Yeah, I suppose I have a lot of good qualities, now I just need a home to share them with. Do you need a fuzzy friend to keep your lap warm this winter?
If so, you can learn more and apply for me at www.NBSanimalRescue.com. Even if I am not the boy for you, won’t you share my photo? Thanks a bunch
tail wags and kisses,
Jeffery
P.S. - here are some steps to apply!
1.) Visit www.NBSanimalRescue.com to fill out my adoption application. As an approved adopter, my rescue friends can set up a home visit so I can meet you. Our rescue is 100% run by volunteers, to help your application be processed as quickly as possible, please make sure to….
2.) Call your veterinarian and give them permission to release information about your current and past pet’s veterinary history.
3.) Call your references too! Let them know to expect a phone call from an unknown phone number, and a rescue team member will need to talk to them on the phone as a reference.
My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes a DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, de-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine (age appropriate), heartworm test (age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food. If you’d like to meet me, please apply online and to become an approved adopter!
Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on vaccinations and heartworm preventative , spayed/neutered (unless a documented medical reason is on file with your veterinarian). Dogs must be current on Distemper DHPP combo vaccine and Rabies vaccine, cats must be current on Distemper and Rabies at the time of application. This also applies to any pets in your home within the past five years.
While I hope that you have fallen in love with me and are ready to apply, I understand if I might not be the perfect pup for your family just yet. However, would you please help by sharing my picture on Facebook, twitter or by email? I'm a great pup and need a loving family to give all of my love and puppy kisses to! Thank-you for your help!
