My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Noni is a beautiful tri-colored female basset who was found wandering around with another dog in Conyers. Her rescuer provided vaccinations for her and posted signs, but no one claimed her. She had a scrape down her side, but that's healing well now. She apparently has had several litters of pups, but is working on regaining her girlish figure. Noni appears to be no older than 5 years old and is spayed. This sweet lady is quiet and has tons of droopy skin on her face and feet, and she has super long ears. Noni is housetrained with a dog door but prefers to spend most of her time snoozing indoors. She needs a cat-free home because cats are too fun to chase and bark at. She also is very afraid of younger men and/or teenaged boys although she tolerates older men much better. She love quiet and gentle children, but loud, rough kids would probably frighten her. Noni has finished heartworm treatment and is having a lump removed in July. Then she'll be ready for adoption.
