Mozart's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, and up to date with shots.

Mozart's Story...
This cute ball of fluff is Mozart, a 3-year-old purebred Coton de Tulear in search of a forever home with ample time to give him lots of love, playtime, and attention. Although his owners were familiar with the breed, work commitments meant that Mozart was left at home alone for far too long. He is a very energetic and playful little fellow, and also very intelligent and a little bit stubborn. Mozart will need an experienced adopter with lots of time to channel his energy and provide him with structured training, so he would not be recommended for a first-time dog owner. He has never lived with children so only children over the age of 12 would be best. Regular professional grooming is a must for this breed in order to keep them tangle-free and looking their best. Please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website if you are ready to put in a little work to help Mozart enjoy a new chapter in his life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mozart, a Rigaud Coton de Tulear dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coton de Tulear for sale in Rigaud, or seeking a Coton de Tulear dog from a breeder in Rigaud.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rigaud already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rigaud breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coton de Tulear breeders who help with Coton de Tulear rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rigaud paves the way for another one to be saved.
