Hal is a 3 month old pup from the Virgin Islands who flew all the way to Boston in hopes of finding a terrific home. The shelter where he came from is very overcrowded and it could have been a sad ending for him if it were not for the kind help of many volunteers who fly these pups to the New England states. He will need some training and bonding time so part time or alternating schedules are preferred. Children under 10 fence required.
