My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rhea is a GORGEOUS 10 yr old pure bred Cocker Spaniel. Rhea was surrendered to a shelter, by her owners. She has a very sweet disposition and loves people. She is great with other dogs, though doesn’t like cats. She is spayed, current on all vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. She was recently shaved and will need regular grooming. Rhea also has significant hip dysplasia and takes daily supplements to help manage her discomfort. She rarely lets it be known that she is not feeling her best. A home without young children is best for Rhea.
APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. ADOPTION FEE $150
BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. BEGINNING 2015 ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or long term basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
