My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mia! I found Mia at Greenville County Animal Care, our local kill shelter. She was in such bad shape and was living in the back of the facility where most potential adopters never go. I think Mia would have died there if I had not rescued her.
Physically Mia was drastically underweight and had been bred multiple times. I believe she had been kept outside on concrete. Her coat was in terrible condition and she was full of fleas. She had been bitten in the face, (most likely by another dog at the shelter during feeding time) and her muzzle had open wounds from the incident.
Mia is well on the road to recovery thanks to an amazing foster mom Alora Holloway. Her coat is looking beautiful and her wounds are healing. She has gained weight and and is free of parasites. Mia is an exceptional dog and is now looking for her furever home.
