My story

Pico De Gallo is a super special dog that received a second chance on life most never have the opportunity to get. Found at a truck stop thrown from a vehicle, Pico is an amazing testament to love and what dogs mean to a family as a forever member. Although Pico is great with kids - he prefers slower moving ones to the younger excitable ones. Being skittish is just a prat of what makes him special.
Weighing in at approximately 6.4#, Pico is fully vetted and micro-chipped. Pico does not have a lower jaw and may get an occasional eye infection from an injury sustained when he was thrown away. He is currently unaltered and not able to receive that surgery at this time but it will be covered once his vet feels he is able to sustain that surgery.
Pico is in need of a loving home that will make sure his needs are met. He has won the hearts of hundreds and has a lot of love to give. Currently in foster care in Jacksonville, Pico hopefully will find his forever home locally in Florida so that his followers can continue to revel in his recovery.
