My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Huck is a gorgeous Blue Tick Coonhound who found himself at a local county shelter, He was very stressed there and not acting like himself. It was time to get him out.

Once Huck gets to know you (which usually doesn't take long), he is very affectionate. He likes to be around people and loves to have his belly rubbed.

Huck also likes to play ball (he fetches and brings it back to you) and he is remarkably good on a leash.

Huck is altered, fully vaccinated and test for heartworm, tick & lyme disease.

Our adoption process includes completion of an application, a home visit and a meet and greet with the potential adopter and any other pets in the family. His adoption donation of $275 helps us provide food and medical care for multiple other dogs in our rescue organization.
