My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SAM was found after being hit by a car or possibly thrown from a car on November 12th, on North bound Lodge and Livernois in Detroit. SAM is guessed to be about 5 1/2 years old, Dr. saw some mild arthritis in his hips. SAM suffered a broken left front ulna, bruised lungs, and a lot of road rash, but is recovering wonderful and should be back to 100% in no time. Right now he is not really slowed too much by the healing process, enjoys walks, and time outside, not a big fan of the cold. SAM has a wonderful spirt that was not wounded like his physical body, he will give the occasional kiss, but he will demand you pet him or just rest your hand on him by pawing you with his uninjured leg. SAM is good with other dogs, and cats, he can be a little nervous around some people on first meeting. SAM loves to sit next to you while you watch TV or play on the computer, he is crate trained, mostly house trained, which we feel will improve after his neuter. SAM does play with toys a little bit, but is favorite things to do is greet me when I get back from going out somewhere, he lets me know how much her missed me. SAM IS NEUTERED AND HAVE ALL SHOTS PRIOR TO ADOPTION FINALIZATION. HE IS 95% HOUSETRAINED. VERY FEW ACCIDENTS
