My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smores is a very sweet cat who likes to snuggle. She was in a foster home for a while, and it took her a couple of days to warm up there. But once she did warm up, she became the ultimate lap cat. She LOVES to sit on a lap and be petted. But if you’re busy, she’s happy to sit next to you, too. She purrs a lot and pushes her head against your chin and shoulders when she wants pets.

Smores uses the litterbox like a pro. She also got along well with the dog in her foster home and didn’t seem to mind the other cats in the house, although she was only allowed to interact with them under the door (footsies!) because she had a minor cold while in foster care. Like any cat, she is not a fan of taking pills, but she tolerated them fairly well.

Smores’ foster mom thinks she’d be an excellent cat for any family, including one with kids, dogs, other cats, etc.
