My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howdy, I'm Max! I'm a big handsome hunk of a cat with sleek black fur and the round face and 3/4 tail that probably shows my Manx heritage.

I came here when I was found injured outside and taken in by a nice foster mom. She healed me up and helped me integrate with other cats at her house. I was best friends with another big sweet boy like me, playing and grooming and snuggling. He found a forever family and since then I haven't found another BFF, but I do well with the others, hanging back and being respectful. I'll probably do well at your home too and especially if you have someone looking for another big sweet cat to be their Best Feline Friend.

I love to play with any toy you bring and I'm a big loverboy too, always ready for pets and purrs. I'll be glad to keep you warm this winter by snuggling up next to you. I like to give love nibbles, so it's good to pet me for a while and then stop before I get too excited. I'm just so happy to be inside with my favorite people! I'll probably do best in a home without small children.

I can be adopted for $80, which includes my negative virus test, neuter, microchip, vaccinations, food & litter starter kit, a month of free insurance and a free vet visit voucher. I'm in a loving foster home now, so please call 635-5000 to arrange a time to meet me.
