Here is what Elvira's foster has to say about her-

Elvira - 7 year old female Siamese mix (medium hair, blue eyes) BEAUTIFUL CAT!!!
FIV +. Elvira is healthy but would have to be the only cat in the home or live with another FIV+ cat. ELVIRA IS BACK AT FRIENDSHIP WAITING FOR HER FOREVER HOME.

She has been enjoying some time away from the shelter in foster care since December. Shelter life was scary for her and she did not like being petted and grabbed at by strangers. Once in the foster home she immediately jumped on laps where she would stay for hours if you let her. She follows you everywhere, talks to you , and even sleeps with you! She uses the litter box and scratching post with no problems. She is a very good eater - wants to eat everything:) Although she hisses at the family dog if it gets too close to her, she still tolerates the dog and will hang out near her for hours.

The downside to Elvira is that she is a little bit of a diva at times (thus the attitude) and will hiss at you, swipe at you and try to bite you if she is not in the mood for interaction. This happens about 5% of the time each day. Otherwise she is a COMPLETE ANGEL!!!
Elvira is now back at FAPL and ready to be adopted into a forever home.

All cats receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed and spayed/neutered and feline leukemia tested. Cats 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
