Cody's Story...
Hi- I'm Cody! I'm incredibly friendly, playful, fun and loving! I love to snuggle and also love to have fun and play. I will be neutered prior to adoption and I am healthy and vetted. My life started out pretty tough, my mom was dumped on the side of the road- pregnant- and she gave birth to me and my 2 siblings (Sprite and Sammy). Thankfully some wonderful people found us and fed us and got us to safety at A4A! We are a lot of fun, incredibly adorable and very friendly-- and hope to be adopted soon. Are you ready to meet/adopt me? I can't wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cody, a Xenia Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Xenia, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Xenia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Xenia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Xenia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Xenia paves the way for another one to be saved.
