Litha is a oodle-y, poodle-y beauty that makes us all smile, smile, smile. She is sweet and gentle and very loving.
A few months back, Litha came to NOBARS with relatively few health issues. She wasn’t the skinny scared mess that we often see in rescue. So we fixed up her few health issues and now she’s healthy, happy and ready for a home.
Litha is one of those very curious gals, who is great with people, and enjoys sniffing around the yard. He also gets along famously with other dogs and cats, but doesn’t share well when the food dish is around. We suspect she went a few too many days without food, and she will need a bit of training in this area. Litha is a calm and relatively quiet
Litha is a little love muffin of a gal and is always shuffling around in search of belly rubs and squeaky toys. Although she can be slightly reserved around new people, she warms up quickly and is easily won over by head scratches and cookies. She loves those cookies. Litha has loads of love in her heart and bucket loads of adorable personality to match. She walks well on the leash, rides well in the car, house trained and knows “some” basic commands.
If we were to use 3 words to describe her it would be curious, calm and sweet.

No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS)
We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.
NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
