Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Buster! This playful guy has a lovable personality that will always put a smile on your face. Buster was hanging around a neighborhood for a week before a concerned individual called animal control to bring him to the shelter because he stopped eating. Given the situation, it seems like he was dumped by his family and stuck around for them to come back and get him. As his hopes of them coming back diminished, so did his appetite. Fortunately, he met lots of friends at the shelter (two- and four-legged alike!) and quickly forgot about his past life. Now that he is in a foster home, Buster is happier than ever! Because he is so great at making friends, his number one favorite past time is definitely the dog park. This big goofy guy is wonderful with dogs of all shapes and sizes. He is always ready to greet people, too! Typically with a big hug and kisses because we are still working on his manners (personal space, please!). Buster has picked up quickly on his house manners, though; already house-, kennel-, and leash-trained. Despite his happy-go-lucky, goofy personality, he is definitely a smart pup. We know this because when he met a cat, he was uncharacteristically shy and kept to himself, meaning he knows to respect his feline counterparts!
At around 8 months old, this guy weighs in around 30-40lbs and still has a little growing to do. His easy personality would make him ideal for just about any household. Buster does love to be outside, though, so even a small yard would be ideal. All this guy really needs is a companion to love him half as much as he is sure to love them. Won't you be that person?
All Dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and given a physical by a veterinarian prior to adoption.
Buster is currently in foster care so, if interested, please email us today!
