Kody's Story...
Hi Everyone, I’m Kody! I’m approximately 6 years old, I am UTD, good with dogs, love riding in the car and I’m a gentleman walking on lead! I am house trained and love people! My last people didn’t come to get me after I went out wandering – I think they didn’t understand my need to roam. My foster friends say that I have not been cat or small child tested, but I’m ok with that.. I love my toys and would prefer not to share them, i want them all to myself, so I can tear them up! .. I’m a big boy – approximately 70lbs!I’m rather quiet… I’m new here to NESHR and would really like a home of my own! If you are looking for a pup to hang with – and you don’t mind not sharing my toys – I may be the one for you! Please call NESHR and they can tell you all about me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kody, a Brick Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Brick, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Brick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brick paves the way for another one to be saved.
