Bella is a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier Mix. She is 7 to 9 years old. She is Red/Golden. She is spayed and up to date with all her shots. She weighs about 23 pounds.
Bella is a very sweet older girl. She came to us after she got spayed and it took a few days for her to feel better. She is now just showing us her lovely personality. She likes to sit on the couch with you and loves when it's time for bed she goes into her playpen full of blankets and pillows to sleep. She loves being surrounded by soft pillows and in the morning she sits up and wags her tail and wants to go outside to the bathroom. She likes to strut around the yard and plays with Peggy the puggle.
Bella would do well in a calmer household, she's a bit older but she's more into relaxing then she is playing. She's not a senior yet, and she has plenty of years left for someone to finally love her. She does have a playful side but would rather relax on the couch or at your feet in her dog bed then play. She would love to have someone who's a stay at home Mom or someone who works at home, or is retired because she just loves to be around people.
Bella is not aggressive with other dogs, she's been with small, large, young and old dogs.
At the rescue we require dogs to be kept indoors. There is a $95 adoption fee for puppies, and a $85 adoption fee for Adult/Senior Dogs.
