My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala is about a year and a half old, a sweet little pittie nugget. She is learning to trust human strangers but enjoys the company of other dogs and seems to find comfort in them. Nala enjoys going to work with her foster mom and hanging out with her canine foster brothers and sisters; she also is cat-friendly, as she previously lived with two cats. She would do well with a savvy handler who can work on her confidence and teach her how awesome it is to be a dog! Nala will be getting spayed soon, and she is going to see a doctor about her eye; her initial vet visit suggested she should get an eye exam, as she may have glaucoma and is likely blind in her left eye.
