I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pumpkin Head's Story...
What can I say about little kittens other than that they are adorable, more fun than a barrel of monkeys, funnier than Saturday Night Live, and sweeter than banana cream pie?

Pumpkin Head is an orange and white little boy – I have a friend who says personality is in the color and orange kitties are the BEST!

But who knows? To those of us to love kitties, no color is bad and all kitties are superior creatures!

Pumpkin Head is certainly a delight – he has been hand raised so he is a friendly, social little stinker (I mean “darling” when I say “stinker”!)

Of course, all of our kittens are fixed, have all their shots, and are wonderfully healthy.

If you are looking for a purrecftly wonderful companion, then Pumpkin Head is for you!

To meet this little sweet potato (and his sister, Callie the Calico), please call 858-602-2061 or email crittersandrascals@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pumpkin Head, a Poway Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Poway, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Poway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Poway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Poway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Poway paves the way for another one to be saved.
