My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jud is a 4-5 y/o boy who was found lost from his hunting pack. He was ill with heart worms but is fully recovered now and ready for a forever home. Jud is a solid 32 pounds and stands 15 inches tall.

Jud has a quiet laid back personality. Mild mannered and sweet tempered are good descriptions of this wonderful boy. Jud is house and crate trained. He has great house manners so has the run of the house without getting into trouble. He learned the dog door without any problem. For a dog that was use to eating with a pack of hunting dogs, Jud is a slow eater. He never has to guard his food from his foster siblings. His look tells one and all to give him space so that he can enjoy his meal!

Jud will join in on a game of chase and does perk up anytime he hears a squeaky toy being played with. He enjoys a wrestling match with the youngest member of the pack, but is content to watch the action from a comfortable spot on the couch!

Jud will almost melt on the spot when you start giving him some loving. He is rarely demanding of your time but so enjoys a good cuddle when invite him up next to you. He sleeps on a dog bed or chair at night. He would sleep on your bed if invited, but is respectful of any boundaries you set. Jud will make a great addition to almost any family. He is quiet enough for an apartment, but only if given plenty of exercise.
